(IAML)\nand IDBI MF Trustee Company Ltd. (IMTL) by Muthoot Finance Limited (MFL) [filed\non 16th December, 2019]<\/li><li>Acquisition of Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited\n(AEML) and Adani Electricity Mumbai Services Limited (AEMSL) by Qatar Holding\nLLC (QH) [filed on 19th December, 2019]<\/li><li>Acquisition of GVK Airport Holdings Limited (GVKAHL\n) by Green Rock B 2014 Limited (Green Rock), National Investment and\nInfrastructure Fund (NIIF) and Indo-Infra Inc. (Indo-Infra) [filed on 19th\nDecember, 2019]<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The CCI introduced an automatic system of approval for\ncombinations under &#8216;Green Channel&#8217;. Under this process, the combination is\ndeemed to have been approved upon filing the notice in the prescribed format.\nThis system would significantly reduce time and cost of transactions and\nthereby
