The Indian Railways started the Him Darshan Express train\nbetween Kalka and Shimla stations, as a Christmas gift to the people. The train\nhas six modern and first-class AC vista-dome coaches with glass rooftop to have\na panoramic view of the hilly region. A single journey will cost Rs 630 per\nperson and no concession will be allowed on the tickets booked for the\nglass-train journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ‘Him Darshan’ train has a seating capacity of over 100\npassengers and the bookings are full over the next few days in view of the peak\ntourist season and New Year being round the corner.
