As the new\nhelpline will take over all the existing helpline numbers (except 182), it will\nbe easy for the passengers to remember the number and connect with Railways for\nall their needs during travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gkseries.com\/blog\/current-affairs-quiz-2019-daily-gk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Daily Current\nAffairs Quiz 2020<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The helpline can be used for general complaints, accidents\nand safety, SMS complaints, cleaning in coach, vigilance and catering services.\nIt will be available in 12 languages with Interactive Voice Response System\n(IVRS).
