One ship of the Japanese Coast Guard and four ships\nand an aircraft of the Indian Coast Guard took part in the exercise. The\nexercise marked demonstrations of search and rescue, external fire-fighting and\nsharing of best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gkseries.com\/blog\/current-affairs-quiz-2019-daily-gk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Daily Current\nAffairs Quiz 2020<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exercise is also mutually beneficial and strengthens the\nexisting bilateral relationships, enabling both Coast Guards to work together\nto protect shared interests. Various activities were conducted during the visit\nof the Japanese ship and they included sporting and cultural interactions\nbetween personnel of both the Coast Guards.
