At a function to mark 10 years of EESL, the Minister also\nannounced the commissioning of 100 MW cumulative capacity decentralised solar\npower plants connected to agriculture feeders. The capacity of these solar\npower plants, in each substation, ranges from 0.5 MW to 10 MW.
