He also served as Member of Parliament in the 8th Lok Sabha in the year 1984 and marked the&nbsp;<strong>BJP\u2019s debut in the Lok Sabha<\/strong>, following&nbsp;<strong>Indira Gandhi\u2019s assassination.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reddy was one of the only two BJP MPs who got elected to the Lok Sabha in 1984 in 543 Parliament constituencies. The other was A K Patel.
