Instagram<\/strong> has announced a new campaign named \u2018Take a Break\u2019<\/strong> that will alert users scrolling on Instagram to periodically take breaks from the platform and focus on other things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u2018Take a Break\u2019 feature essentially gives users an option to set up reminders to take a break after a certain amount of time. Instagram head Adam Mosseri had explained how this feature works in a tweet in November last year, where he said that \u2018Take a Break\u2019 has been designed to remind users to stop using the app after they have spent a certain amount of time on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This campaign has been launched by Instagram in India and various other countries. The platform will also alert users of the new inclusion with a notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SEBI directs AMCs to set up audit committee with minimum three directors<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Market regulator Sebi has directed the mutual fund (MF) industry to set up an audit committee at the asset management company (AMC) level. Currently, such a committee is set up by the trustee of a fund house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The committee shall be responsible for oversight of the financial reporting process, compliance to laws and regulations. The audit committee will require a\u00a0minimum of three directors<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0at least two-third of them shall be independent directors of the AMC.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
