Tamil Nadu is to host the first-ever regional event\n“Divya Kala Shakti: Witnessing the abilities in disabilities a unique\ncultural” event at Kalaivanar Arangam, Chennai on 12 March 2020. This\nevent is being organized by the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons\nwith Multiple Disabilities (Divyangjan) (NIEPMD), Chennai in collaboration with\nDepartment of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyagjan), Ministry of\nSocial Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
