[A] A person who wrongfully rescinds a contract is entitled to compensation for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfilment of the contract.
[B] A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is not entitled to compensation for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfilment of the contract.
[C] A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to compensation for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfilment of the contract
[D] A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to compensation for any damage which he has not sustained through the non-fulfilment of the contract.
