Bihar passes resolution for caste-based census

The Bihar Assembly unanimously passed a resolution requesting the Centre to hold the 2021 census on the basis of caste. This is the second time Bihar has passed this resolution in the recent past. On February 18, 2019, too, it had passed the same resolution.
