CCI approves merger of ZEEL, BEPL with Culver Max Entertainment: The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved amalgamation of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEE) and Bangla Entertainment Private Limited (BEPL) with Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited (CME), with certain modifications.
