Govt to ban manufacture, sale and use of single-use plastic items
The Government has notified the plastic waste management amendment rules 2021 prohibiting identified single-use plastic items by 2022.

The manufacturing, import, stocking, distribution, sale and use of several single-use plastics will be prohibited with effect from the 1st of July of next year.
