Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (KL University) is a UGC recognized deemed university located in the Vaddeswaram Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh. KL University consists of 11 academic departments and six schools concentrated on scientific and industrial research. Accredited with  NAAC ‘A’ grade KLU offers undergraduate and post graduate courses of study in various faculties of engineering and technological sciences. Over the years this university has also improved facilities for postgraduate study and research. A distinctive feature of KL university is its placement and training assistance. Since its inception in 2005 the university has maintained a 100 % placement record till academic year 2012-13.
