About University
Mewar University was established by the Government of Rajasthan in 1956. It was recognized as autonomous by UGC in 2009. Mewar University is also a member of Association of Indian Universities and functions in a transparent manner. To develop a center of excellence for technical, professional and vocational education and research at par with national and international standards is the motive of the institution.
