Nagpur City Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said that a notice under 144 CrPC has been issued in this regard. Notices were given to people, and chances are also not to be allowed in public places. It is a joint venture of the Nagpur City Police and the Social Welfare Department of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC).
