The former Foreign Secretary of India Nirupama Menon Rao has authored a new book titled “The Fractured Himalaya: How the Past Shadows the Present in India-China Relations”.
The book covers India’s road to war with China in 1962. The book traces how India and China dealt with one another in their earliest years, from the friendship of the early 1950s to the 1962 war.
