The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has decided to conduct an open market purchase of government securities under the G-sec Acquisition Programme (G-SAP 2.0) for an aggregate amount of Rs15, 000cr on 23, September 2021. Simultaneously, RBI will also sell Government Securities under Open Market Operations (OMO) for an aggregate amount of 15,000 crore rupees
