Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development (PNRD), Assam has released an employment notification for the recruitment of HR Consultant vacancy on a Contractual basis under the HRMS Cell of Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Assam.

Educational Qualification: MBA in HR/PGDBM.
Experience: The candidate for the post should have minimum 3 years of experience in any public sector/ reputed private sector organization along with adequate knowledge of IT.
Remuneration: Rs.50,000/- per month
Age Limit: The Candidate applying for the post should not be less than 25 years and more than 40 years.
Language Skills: The candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi languages as they might have to communicate with the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. Besides the candidate should also be fluent in Assamese languages.

11. Ability to support and influence all stakeholders, including Directors across the business.
12. Adaptability and flexibility – willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles.
