About College
RV College of Engineering Bangalore was established in 1963. The non-funded institute is run by the Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST). Later on, the Government of India recognized this college as a Centre of Excellence under TEQIP (Technical Education Quality Improvement Program).
An Interdisciplinary Research Center IEDRC) was established for students in 2000 for the study of Micro and Nanoengineering research areas.
