Defence Minister enhanced funding limit of TDF Scheme to Rs 50 crore

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has approved enhancement of funding under Technology Development Fund (TDF) scheme to Rs 50 crores per project from Rs 10 crores. TDF scheme is executed by Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) and supports indigenous development of components, products, systems and technologies by MSMEs and start-ups. It facilitates up to 90% of the total project cost and
