Tata Steel’s Dutch arm signs MOU to supply Ford with green steel : Tata Steel’s Dutch arm has signed an MoU with the Ford in Europe to supply “green” steel after 2030.
Tata has planned to produce green steel (steel made without using fossil fuels) in 2030 at its plant in Ijmuiden, Netherlands.

Ford has also signed supply MOUs with Tata, ThyssenKrupp (Germany) and Salzgitter (Germany) to supply “low carbon” steel for use in manufacturing the new electric crossover model. It would help to meet a target of having zero emissions by 2035.
