UNAOC condemned beheading of teacher in northwestern suburbs of Paris in France

The United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) has condemned the beheading of a teacher in the northwestern suburbs of Paris in France. UNAOC high representative Miguel Moratinos said that such heinous crime is unjustifiable whenever, wherever and by whomsoever committed.
