VK Singh appointed as Ex-Servicemen Welfare Secretary: Senior bureaucrat, Vijoy Kumar Singh has assumed charge as Ex-Servicemen Welfare Secretary.
He is a 1990-batch IAS officer of Punjab cadre and has an experience of more than 32 years in administration.
