Wagner Chief Yevgeny Prigozhin killed in plane crash in Russia: Yevgeny Prigozhin, the leader of the Wagner mercenary group, was killed in a plane crash. He was the leader of a brief armed revolt against the Russian military. Prigozhin was one of ten people on board the plane when it crashed north of Moscow. The plane from Moscow to St. Petersburg crashed in the Tver Region killing all the passengers including three pilots.
