Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are mountainous countries known for their beauty, traditions, and nomadic lifestyles. Turkmenistan is a country which lies on large deserts above large natural gas fields. Central Asia pragmatically occupies an important geo-political position because of its location and its vast energy resources.
