The Yoga Mahotsav-2019 was organized byMorarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY)under Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH). This is to sensitize the masses for the celebration of IDY 2019.

On this occasion Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha announced two Applications related to International Day of Yoga 2019.
1)Yoga Locatorwhich is specially designed for IDY to record and show Yoga events across the world
2)Bhuvan Appwhich provides geo time location and documentation during IDY 2019. Bhuvan App has been designed in collaboration with ISRO.
