The state govt. is now coming to the rescue of accident victims through a scheme named Maharashtra Balasaheb Thackeray Accidental Insurance Scheme 2020.
All the road accident victims will be entitled to maximum aid of Rs. 30k by the state government. The scheme will cost around Rs. 120 crore which will be given by the health dept. to SHA Society.
