If you are asked to do something which is not covered in your job description then what you will do?

I was at my previous organization for five years. It was a great experience overall, and I designed many training initiatives they still use. I prided myself on being an advocate for employees, doing my best to understand their individual situations and solve problems that best fit their needs. I hope to bring this same amount of care to your workplace, creating a sense of family and teamwork among employees.
