There are three types of interviews- unstructured, semistructured, and structured. Unstructured interview or non-directive interview is an interview in which questions are not prearranged. Semi-structured interview is a meeting in which the interviewer does not strictly follow a formalized list of questions. Lastly structured interview is a type of interview in which the interviewer asks a particular set of predetermined questions.
